Under the authority of Article 6 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Newfoundland and Labrador Education Investment Corporation, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Newfoundland and Labrador Education Investment Corporation to borrow up to an additional $30 million for a total amount not to exceed $105 million, plus capitalized interest thereon, for the purpose of funding school construction projects, on terms and conditions acceptable to the Minister of Finance.
