Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Youth Services and Post Secondary Education to pre-commit $32,000 against the Department’s 2004/05 appropriations for the conclusion of government's financial commitment to the Abitibi retraining initiative.
