Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Works, Services and Transportation to pre-commit $956,333 against the Department’s appropriations for fiscal years 2004-05 and 2005-2006 for road maintenance from Labrador West to Churchill Falls.
