Under the authority of section 17 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Finance to accept no monies as full and final settlement of the amount of $112,614.80 relating to loans due to the former Integrated Poultry Limited by certain shareholders that were assigned to Government upon the conclusion of the receivership.
