Under the authority of section 17 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Finance to accept no monies as full and final settlement of the personal guarantees totaling $1,000,000 of the 20 shareholders of the former Integrated Poultry Limited and to execute formal releases in this regard.
