Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit $100,000 against the Department’s appropriations in each of fiscal years 2004-05 and 2005-06 to facilitate payment of the contract with Med-Emerg International Inc. for the evaluation of the Primary Health Care Renewal Framework
