Under the authority of  section 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services and Lands to issue a grant for an area of Crown land not exceeding 180 acres (73 hectares) situated at Whitbourne, and 120 acres (48.6 hectares) situated at Ocean Pond, both in the Electoral District of Harbour Main - Whitbourne, more particularly described in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Estate of James Garland for the sum of $1.00 subject to those terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of Crown grants.
