Under the authority of section 7(2)(b) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a lease for an area of Crown land not exceeding 1850 square metres, situated at Pool’s Cove, in the electoral district of Fortune Bay - Cape La Hune, more particularly described in Annexes 1 and 2 on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to North Atlantic Sea Farms Corporation, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such leases.
