Under the authority of  section 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services and Lands to issue grants for an area of Crown land not exceeding 500 acres (203.3 hectares) at Ragged Harbour in the Electoral District of Bonavista North, and 110 acres (44.5 hectares) at Pipers Hole in the Electoral District of Bellevue, more particularly described in Annexes 1 and 2 on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Harvey & Company Limited for the sum of $1.00 each subject to those terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of Crown grants.
