Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of 4,154 square feet of space for a liquor store in Port-Aux-Basques, from Port-Aux-Basques Shopping Centre Ltd., at a rental rate of $31,155 per year, from September 1, 2003 to August 31, 2008, under the existing terms and conditions as the existing lease, with the option to renew for another five year term under the same terms and conditions except the rental rate which shall be negotiated at the time of renewal.
