Under the authority of section 128 of the Constitution Act, 1867, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to provide for the issuance of a Proclamation to request the persons elected to be Members of the Forty-Fifth House of Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador to gather in the House of Assembly Chamber on Wednesday, November 12, 2003, for the purpose of taking their Oaths or Affirmations of Allegiance.
