Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council

Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Donald Burrage Q.C., as

General Counsel in the Department of Justice, effective from June 18, 2003, at Step 33 of the

1610 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with benefits to include the payment

of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
