Mineral Act
Under the authority of section 37(4) of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council
is pleased to authorize the Minister of Mines and Energy to appoint Robert R. Regular, B.A.,
LL.B., as the temporary Chairperson and Sherry Dunsworth as a temporary member of the
Mineral Rights Adjudication Board, effective from December 16, 2003 for a one week term.
