Under the authority of section 28(2) of the Financial Administration Act, and on

the report of the Minister of Finance that there is insufficient legislative provision and that no

other countervailing savings are available, and on the report of the Minister of Government

Services and Lands that the necessity is urgent, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is

pleased to approve the preparation of a Special Warrant for the signature of the Lieutenant

Governor, in the amount of $230,000 within the vote of the Department of Government

Services and Lands, to provide funding for the review of automobile insurance by the

Public Utilities Board and the review of homeowner, commercial and marine

property insurances by a consultant to be engaged by the Department of Government

Services and Lands, to be allocated as follows:
