Under the authority of section 28 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the 2014 Provincial Court Judges’ Salary and Benefits Tribunal, for a four year term, effective immediately:
 a) D. Bradford L. Wicks, Q.C., Chairperson;
 b) John R. Whelan, LLB, Member; and
 c) David Eaton, Q.C., Member.
