Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, is pleased to appoint Danny Williams to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister Responsible for Business, with effect from November 6, 2003.
