Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act, section 3 of the Financial Administration Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, is pleased to appoint Loyola Sullivan to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, with effect from November 6, 2003.
