Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, is pleased to appoint Jack Byrne to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, Registrar General and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, with effect from November 6, 2003.
