Under the authority of section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act and sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the Agreement entitled the “Canada-Wide Standards for Dioxins and Furans: Conical Waste Combustion of Municipal Waste”, substantially along the lines of the copy on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
