Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Works, Services and Transportation to pre-commit $422,087 against the Department’s appropriations for fiscal year 2004-2005, and $298,352 against the Department’s appropriations for fiscal year 2005-2006 for the extension of the Francois/Grey River-Burgeo Ferry Service contract.
