Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Works, Services and Transportation to pre-commit annual funding of $132,000 against the Department’s appropriations for fiscal years 2004-2005 to 2007-2008 respectively, for the lease cost of four front-end loaders with snow equipment attachments, and $403,369 in 2007-2008 for the purchase of the machines.
