Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Chris Kieley as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Energy) (Acting) in the Department of Mines and Energy, effective November 26, 2003, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
