Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services and Lands to issue a lease for an area of Crown land containing 2500 square meters, situated at Noels Pond, in the Electoral District of St. Georges-Stephenville East, to Allan Wayne Simms, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such leases.
