Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of 1,968 square feet of space for the Department of Human Resources and Employment and the Department of Government Services and Lands, from Midtown Sales & Services, in the Midtown Sales & Services Building, Burgeo, on a month to month basis to December 31, 2004, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $11.50 per square foot
