Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Deborah Fry as Deputy Minister of Health and Community Services, effective November 10, 2003, at her existing salary on a personal basis, with benefits to include the payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
