Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint John Hickey as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture and Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs, effective November 6, 2003.
