Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Terry Paddon as Deputy Minister of Finance (Acting), effective January 1, 2004, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by Minute of Council MC 91-0016.
