Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of 19,869 square feet of office space for the Central Newfoundland Regional Health and Community Services Board, from Blundon’s Realty Limited in the Blundon Building, Gander, under the existing terms and conditions and rental rate of $10.75 per square foot for a one year term from October 1, 2003 to October 31, 2004.
