Under the authority of section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act and sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services and Lands and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into the “Inter-Provincial Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Securities Regulation”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
