Under the authority of section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act and sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into the “Amendment to the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador - Inuit Communities of Labrador Contribution Agreement”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
