Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes Treasury Board Secretariat to pre-commit funds of $1,270,000 against its 2004-05 budgetary appropriation to facilitate completion of the Oracle 11i upgrade external consulting contracts.
