Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Works, Services and Transportation to pre-commit funds of $15,120,000 against its 2004-2005 budgetary appropriations and funds of $5,460,000 against its 2005-2006 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the calling and awarding of tenders for highway projects under the Strategic Highway Infrastructure Program, in accordance with the list on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
