Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Works, Services and Transportation to pre-commit funds of $471,000 against its 2004-05 budgetary appropriations, $409,000 against 2005-06 appropriations, $403,000 against 2006-07 appropriations and $35,000 against 2007-08 appropriations to facilitate the calling and awarding of tenders for the HVAC Upgrade Project for the Grand Falls Public Building
