Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992
Under the authority of subsection 4(1) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act,
1992 and in accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments
Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Patrick
Roche as Chief of Police of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, effective
immediately, with salary at step 24 on the 2136 point scale of the Executive
Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply.
