Under the authority of subsection 8(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to provide approval for the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and

Agriculture to make the Order entitled “Agricultural Land Reserve Order

(Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
