Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services to issue a Request for Proposals for contracted services (with either non-profit or for-profit organizations) for an additional nine Individualized Living Arrangement beds and six Emergency Placement Home beds.
