Under the authority of subsection 18(1) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act,
1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Twila E. Reid as
Commissioner to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Public Complaints
Commission, effective immediately, for a term of five years
