Other Post-Employment Benefits Eligibility Modification Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Other Post-Employment Benefits Eligibility Modification Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim the Act into force on January 1, 2015.
