Under the authority of section 39 to the Schedule of the Labrador Mining and Exploration Company, Ltd. Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue Surface Lease 2012-1 to Labrador Iron Ore Royalty Corporation, substantially along the lines as attached to the Minister’s Submission in Annex 1 on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, on behalf of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
