Under the authority of section 22 of the Statutes and Subordinate Legislation Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to permanently appoint the following

individuals to the position of Legislative Counsel in the Office of the Legislative

Counsel, effective from a current date, with remuneration on the Solicitor’s Pay Plan at

Level IV, with the appropriate steps to be determined:

1) Ms. Margaret Gillies; and,

2) Mr. Ian Tucker.
