Under the authority of subsection 4(1), section 11.1, and subsection 39(3) of the

Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, and subsections 245(1), (2), and (8) of the

Corporations Act, and further to OC2021-128, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council

is pleased to direct the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro

electric Corporation to proceed with the front line supervisor adjustment, effective

October 1, 2021, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the

Executive Council.
