Energy Corporation Act and Corporations Act
Under the authority of subsection 4(1) and section 12.1 of the Energy Corporation
Act and subsections 245(1), (2), and (8) of the Corporations Act, and further to
OC2021-127, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to direct the Board of
Directors of Nalcor Energy to proceed with the front line supervisor adjustment,
effective October 1, 2021, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of
the Executive Council,
