Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Tourism, Culture,
Arts and Recreation to pre-commit funding of $810,000 in 2022-23 and $90,000 in
2023-24, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the Atlantic Canada
Agreement on Tourism with the governments of Canada, New Brunswick, Nova
Scotia and Prince Edward Island, and the tourism associations of New Brunswick,
Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
