Under the authority of section 2 of the Agreement for Policing the Province Act, and in accordance with section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act and section 10 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Minister of Justice and Public Safety and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, their designates, to enter into Amendment #4 to the First Nations Policing Program Framework Agreement, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
