Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ben Gardner

Assistant Deputy Minister, Film, Television and Recreation, in the Department of

Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, effective February 28, 2022, with salary at

Step 25 on the 1500 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
