Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mark Healy as

Executive Director, Operations and Security, in the Office of the Chief Information

Officer, Executive Council, effective February 28,2022, with salary at Step 15 on the

1372 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions

and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
