Mortgage Brokers Act
Under the authority of subsection 3(2) of the Mortgage Brokers Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Manager of Examinations and
Investigations, by virtue of the position, as Deputy Registrar of Mortgage Brokers,
effective immediately.
