Insurance Companies Act
Under the authority of subsection 3.2(2) of the Insurance Companies Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Manager of Licensing,
Registration and Consumer Services, by virtue of the position, as Deputy
Superintendent of Insurance, effective immediately.
