Insurance Companies Act
Under the authority of subsection 3.2(1) of the Insurance Companies Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Director of Consumer and
Financial Services, by virtue of the position, as Superintendentof Insurance, effective
immediately.
