Prepaid Funeral Services Act
Under the authority of subsection 2.1(1) of the Prepaid Funeral Services Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Director of Consumer and
Financial Services, by virtue of the position, as Registrar of Prepaid Funerals, effective
immediately.
